Reasserted effort is what I like to call it. Failure is what most would say. Anyways, after failing to get motivated for a fitness campaign several weeks in row I am now committing it in writing to establish a healthier lifestyle. I will eat healthier, exercise more, and establish habits to improve my body, mind, and spirit. This is officially day one at 229.4 lbs.
